Remedios Bocanegra is responsible for the department of Foreigners at Marbella Town Hall and organises activities, meetings and events for the foreigners who make up almost 50% of the residents of Marbella, and include Swedish, German, Ukrainian and other East Europeans, Colombia, Paraguay and Venezuela.
