This is a formal notice that the RCM-G Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 16th November 2023 at the Atalaya Golf & Country Club.
The AGM will be conducted during the lunch meeting, and will commence as soon as the meal is over, but by 1530hrs at the latest.

Nominations of Club Officers for the Rotary year 2024-25 - President Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chair, SAA and Charity and Events Team Leaders.

Members unable to attend the AGM may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
